If someone agrees correctly to the gift exchange please pm them with this message:
SUBJECT:Congratulations!
MESSAGE: You have been chosen to be able to participate in the gift exchange thread. Please get started and make your own post on the gift exchange thread.

THEN:
Delete their post on the gift exchange thread where they stated that they would follow the rules. We don't want two people giving someone the same message.Then edit the list under people who can exchange gifts so that the person that you gave permission to exchange can exchange gifts.
All moderators and administrators' access to the gift exchange is given to them when they become a mod/admin.....if you name is not on the list please put it there. Thanks
